Andrena has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the financial, restaurant, pharma, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, and retail market sectors. Prior to Amplify, she spent seven years with Achieve Global, Inc., a Tampa-based leader in providing leadership, sales, and customer service training. In her role as Regional Channel Manager with Achieve Global, Andrena was responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with distribution partners and fostering relationships between prospects, clients, and the direct sales force at Achieve Global. For the past two years, she was a Director of Strategic Business Development with Employment Learning Innovations, an Atlanta-based leader in providing ethics and compliance, legal, and workplace treatment training.

She has 20 plus years of experience in business development, implementation planning, curriculum development, and consulting with organizations of all sizes such as BMW Manufacturing, The Home Depot, Glaxo-Smith Kline, First Citizens Bank, Ryan’s, Duke Energy, Progress Energy, Wachovia, Adidas, Equifax and New York University.

Andrena is married to Keith Baker and is mother to 17-year-old daughter Taylor. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC and currently resides in Union, SC.
