 
Mark Neeley
Mark Neeley brings a unique combination of experience, training and academic work to his business practices. Trained as an Organizational Psychologist, he has developed leaders, executives, managers, front-line supervisors, sales and customer service professionals throughout the United States for over 20 years.
Mark has the rare ability to view business issues with objectivity, analytical prowess, and good humor. As a business performance coach, he has directed the improved performance of dozens of business and sales professionals. He is actively involved in one-to-one, career counseling through in-depth coaching and training of key managers and high potential employees. The direct results of his efforts are management teams that are focused, effective and productive.
Neeley has held positions of increasing responsibility including Learning & Development Manager, District Sales Manager, Marketing Training Instructor and Account Executive in such organizations as Cessna Aircraft, Rent-A-Center and AT&T. Assignments have included executive leadership development, recruitment and selection, employee engagement and retention, sales and career coaching. He has been recognized for excellence in organizational development, business planning and sales achievement throughout his career.
Mark has led departments in organizations including a start-up business venture that is an international business with over $800 million in annual revenues today. In his consulting career, he has been involved in numerous business expansion and corporate restructuring programs and has a record of exceptional performance. His contribution to these programs has been in the management of major corporate initiatives. Examples of these projects include talent identification and staffing development, market analysis for new product introduction, product-line expansion and business process improvement programs.
Neeley holds a M.S. Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and earned a B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management. He has completed additional academic work in the fields of Aviation Management and Organizational Psychology.
Mark also has a Commercial Pilot license with instrument and multi-engine flight capabilities and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. |
