C.B.’s extensive sales back ground has come from positions in organizations such as Western Union where he was involved in their West Star Satellite Services Program. Motorola Communications and Electronics as South Eastern Area Sales Manager for Personal Communications Sales, where he opened the South East for Motorola Cellular. KASET International as Sales Manager for the Telco and Utility vertical markets as well as National Accounts Sales Manager, he lead the top performing sales team in the company for over seven consecutive years. With SkillPath he was V.P. of Sales for a newly formed Business Solutions Division and was involved with the acquisition and merger of a Canadian software training company.
He holds a B.A. from University of South Florida in psychology and feels his strengths are a strong hiring practice, sales team building and development, major account strategizing and deployment, celebrating learning, growth and meeting objectives.
