Lisa Knight brings a combination of experience to the Amplify team. She is a customer service professional who enjoys working on a variety of projects. She is highly organized, flexible, supportive, and detail-oriented. Her hands-on knowledge gives her the background and foresight necessary to do well in any role.

Prior to Amplify, Lisa spent 10 years with Achieve Global, Inc., a Tampa-based leader in providing leadership, sales and customer service training. While there, Lisa served as a product knowledge expert during the integration of three training companies. She was also on the Strategic Alliance team, New Business Development, and supported the EVP for Mergers and Acquisitions. Lisa repeatedly received awards for customer service excellence.

Lisa is also a certified paralegal. She was previously with a law firm that specialized in corporate law and commercial real estate. Her career prior to her work in the training industry was in the U.S. Army as a Military Police Officer.

In her spare time, Lisa is an avid reader and enjoys snow skiing, golf and the beach. She currently resides with her family in Tampa, Florida.
